We’re thrilled to announce a huge milestone for Emergency HQ:

The official browser version is live!

Since the very beginning, Emergency HQ has been keeping commanders busy on mobile — and now, the action expands even further. You can officially jump into the game directly from your browser, no downloads required. More flexibility, same intense emergency action. 

 

Play Anywhere, Anytime 

Emergency HQ is now fully cross-platform (Nintendo Switch excluded). That means: 

  • Play on mobile or browser with the same account 
  • Keep all your progress, vehicles, and achievements 
  • One platform at a time: you can’t be logged in on browser and mobile simultaneously 


Start a task on your phone while you’re out, then continue managing your HQ from your browser when you’re back home. Seamless, simple, and powerful. 

 

First Launch Heads-Up

When you start Emergency HQ on browser for the first time, the loading time may be longer than usual. Don’t worry — that’s completely normal. 

This longer loading time can also happen again if you: 

  • Use a different browser 
  • Delete your browser history or cache 
  • Play in a private/incognito session 

Once loaded, you’re good to go and ready to save the city! 

 

Register Your Account — Seriously, Do It 

While account registration is voluntary, we highly recommend doing it in the game settings. 

Why? Because without a registered account: 

  • You could lose your progress if you change devices or clear browser data 
  • Redeemed voucher items, event rewards, and even purchases can be lost 

Registering ensures your hard-earned progress is safe — no matter where or how you play.

Did you preregister to be informed about the browser release and secure the exclusive Guardian Angel vehicle skin? 

Good news!
The email containing your voucher code has already been sent to the email address you used during preregistration. 

Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case. 

Preregistration was only possible during the timeframe of September - Beginning of December 2026
