New patch adds improvements and bugfixes

Winter in EMERGENCY Land is coming to an end. The snow cannons are being fired up in the ski resort and green grass is beginning to show again at the base.

- Find a suitable Rescue Alliance with the improved recommendation logic
- Show your colors: The new Rescue Alliance monument shows your Alliance’s crest
- Several bugfixes and improvements
